Posted - 13 January 2009 : 22:21:00 Hi
as your wife purchased the TV and she is not declaring bankruptcy the item is perfectly safe and cannot be claimed by the OR in the event of your bankruptcy.

Posted - 13 January 2009 : 21:40:55 Hi and welcome
I doubt if the OR would be too interested in the TV as its value would be very minimal and so not worth there while even considering it.
How much are we talkinghere?
Most household goods are not touched unless they can be sold for a good amount like valuable antiques etc.
