Posted - 01 February 2009 : 17:00:26 My rent is paid direct by housing benefit to the housing association, so I have nothing directly to do with the payments. However, the benefit is paid monthly and my rent statements always show a defecit of around £500 just before the next payment. As far as I'm concerned I am not in arrears but how do I put this on the SOA?
