I thought the most obvious answer was to include the £40 electricity account debt in the BR and offer to forward the overpaid £70 gas account refund to the OR. nPower are telling me that I have to forward the £70 refund to the OR and that I am liable for the £40 electricity account as they forgot to deduct it from the refund. They say they have spoken to the OR about this but I've not heard anything from her. Anyone any ideas?
