My partner had a few grand of student loans outstanding which we put down in our statement of affairs as outgoings, we know that these cannot be included in the bankruptcy however, we just wasnt sure whether these are put on hold until discharge from BR or until after an IPA (should one be made) or would these be considered as outgoings when the OR is considering an IPA (if you know what I mean)?! I just wanted to say thank you to all who have gave us advice and support whilst going through all this, it has been greatly appreciated!
