Posted - 18 February 2009 : 10:25:43 i went bankrupt in january and had a 20 min telephone call a week later with the OR. it all seems too good to be true, she doesnt want my little fiesta car and there will be no income payments order. What happens now?? do i just carry on as normal recieving my wages and paying my bills as norm.
i heard so many stories about that they place a hold ove ryour income and take all your disposable income if over £50 but the OR said she doesnt want anything. My debt was only £23k so maybe this was the reason?? HELP!

Sounds to me as though you will be ok. If the OR has said you have no IPA then your money is your own.
