Hi
I went BR on the 10th Jan but would like to disassociate myself from my parents address – how do you do this?

Also I have my interview with the OR mid Jan but have not received information on how/when to make my monthly payments – how long does this normally take?

I didn't have to as my OH has had no problems getting credit - a completely new mortgage and a credit card.

Skippy - did you write to the agencies? Was there a charge?

The other one is Callcredit. If your parents want to look at a copy of their credit files they can do so for £2 per agency.
