My questern is do I sign it before going to court or sign at court.

Posted - 21 February 2009 : 13:26:16 Hi there you sign and date the forms (3 copies) in front of the clerk at the court (some courst do not mind them being presigned butothers do - so err on the safe side and sign and date whilst at the court and handing over the money when you attend for your hearing. Good luck with the hearing, and it will not be anywhere near as bad as you think!
