I have filled out the Debtor's Bankruptcy Petition form which i filled in online.

My questern is do I sign it before going to court or sign at court.

Hi

you must sign it in the presence of the bankruptcy clerk at the court on the day.

Hi there
you sign and date the forms (3 copies) in front of the clerk at the court (some courst do not mind them being presigned butothers do - so err on the safe side and sign and date whilst at the court and handing over the money when you attend for your hearing. Good luck with the hearing, and it will not be anywhere near as bad as you think!

sign at court in front of the clerk - You have to swear your affadavit, sign forms and pay money
