hi on filling out the SOA do i put my partners income on my form and my WFTC on his form so we both have the same amount on each form? should the outgoings be exactly the same? do we sign and date them on the day we go BR?

Hi

sign and date them when you are at court infront of the clerk.

you need to put the total income & expenses for the household down so yes you put all of his, all of yours and all the expenses on each form

hi Paul, is that sign all 3 sets and petition each at the court,(so dont sign nothing until the day of court?) sorry to sound thick but head is stuffed at the moment,thanks very much

best to sign and date all copies of the forms at the court in the presence of the clerk
