I have been trying for the past four and a half years to get a satisfactory response to my question. I have been writing to the trustee in bankruptcy''s solicitors for a full and detailed breakdown of their costs. I believe that they have charged an extortinate amount of money and they are not replying to my answers properly, and are now saying that if i continue asking them this same question about their costs they will charge me. Am I entitled to question them about their costs even though I was not their client?

Hi and welcome.

If you have a complaint about solicitors charges, I believe you need to contact the Law Society.
