Hi there
you sign and date the forms (3 copies) in front of the clerk at the court (some courst do not mind them being presigned butothers do - so err on the safe side and sign and date whilst at the court and handing over the money when you attend for your hearing. Good luck with the hearing, and it will not be anywhere near as bad as you think!

Hi

you must sign it in the presence of the bankruptcy clerk at the court on the day.

Good luck.
