hi, i have done all my banking online for the last 2 years or so hence not having any statements will the OR be able to get these? thanks v much |

Just send whatever you can, like your bank statements the OR can get them if they're wanted |

ok, thanks for that info... how many months credit card statements will i need to give OR? ive shredded or burnt some of them is it just a case of giving them what i can. |

The advice given by Skippy is correct as always, print off online the relevant statements (3 months for bank accounts) the OR will accept printed versions

I had an account with Egg and they don't send statements so I printed them off from the online banking service. Nothing was ever said about this, so I presume if there was a problem the OR spoke directly to Egg.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

thanks john had visions of my bank laughing at me when i ask for past statements, 40% of our debt is with them.

yes if the OR requires records he will be able to acquire whatever he needs.
