| hi, i have done all my banking online for the last 2 years or so hence not having any statements will the OR be able to get these? thanks v much |

yes if the OR requires records he will be able to acquire whatever he needs.

thanks john had visions of my bank laughing at me when i ask for past statements, 40% of our debt is with them.

I had an account with Egg and they don't send statements so I printed them off from the online banking service. Nothing was ever said about this, so I presume if there was a problem the OR spoke directly to Egg.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

The advice given by Skippy is correct as always, print off online the relevant statements (3 months for bank accounts) the OR will accept printed versions

| ok, thanks for that info... how many months credit card statements will i need to give OR? ive shredded or burnt some of them is it just a case of giving them what i can. |

Just send whatever you can, like your bank statements the OR can get them if they're wanted |
