if i petition for bankruptcy can it be denied me on any grounds

yeah thanks very much like i said i'm new to forums so i dont really know my way around yet but liking this alot lots of good friendly advice which i really appreciate right now thank you.

If you owe money and cannot afford to pay there would be no reason for the bankruptcy order not to be granted by the court.
