Hi, Ive got an appointment at court on 24th next week and am getting real nervous about the fact that i am no fixed abode, been staying with various friends over six months. I have had slightly varing advise as to what the court will think of this. It makes a monster out of filling the online form in ... annoying as my case shuld be very straight forward save for the fact i am (technically) homeless. I cannot get any friend to say i reside in their home as they all contacted various financial institutions who advised against this! I have a PO box for mail and have put it down as home address... Should i make a note of this to the court telling them it is just a PO Box? Has anyone got experience of being Bankrupt while no fixed abode? I really fear that i will fall through the gaps because im too poor to rent a property at present and my bankrupcy will be disallowed. In every other aspect i am eligeable. Thanx

I have dealt with cases in the OR's office where bankruptcy Orders are made with individuals at no fixed abode, the important factor is you have a PO Box address for correspondence, other than that it should not cause any difficulty
