Posted - 05 March 2009 : 15:39:33 Oh Lyn how kind of you to comeforward with thanks, you are most welcome - I am just happy that everything went okay for you, as it does for most people, but it is something that everyone going through the process worries about big time. only to discover that it was just as everyone said. That aside, thanks for letting me know how it went, and here's to a debt free future, hope you had a good nights sleep!

Posted - 28 February 2009 : 18:02:47 No worries thats what i am here for, but i must admit, it is nice when someone says thank you, so thanks to you too! All the very best for Wednesday, remember not to sign the forms until you are with the court clerk, and to take 3 copies with you. If you have any last minute nerves, you know where i am. All the best, and remember it will not be anywhere near as bad as you imagine.

Posted - 25 February 2009 : 09:32:13 The best way to do this is put full running costs of the home, state your income then state your personal living arrangements that you live in a property owned by your partner, purchased before you met him etc. Or you can list your income his income work out your share of the income and split all household costs accordingly - there is no right or wrong way to do the form, the OR just wants to see your income and outgoings as long as everything is listed you shold have no problems
