Posted - 25 February 2009 : 21:23:14 It depends on your local court. Some have a walk in policy, but the majority have an appointment system.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

Posted - 25 February 2009 : 19:59:08 Hi
the balnce of the overdraft should only be used as a last resort and only on essential expenditure. Remeber the SoA must reflect the situation as at the day of the court hearing so that particular debt will need the amount owing revised if you do use it.
On the day you need the completed forms, 1 x 6.27 plus 3 x copies of the 6.28 and of course the court fee of £495 less any discount if you qualify.
