Posted - 03 March 2009 : 10:13:26 Hi was wondering if anyone can help me, my husband gets paid every 4 weeks so how would i write that down on the SOA form. Also he has 2 vechicles a van which is worth £400 and nearly on its way out & a bike which is worth £1400 which he wants to keep and use for work will the court accept him keeping the bike and selling the van even though the bike is worth more. We r both going BR and I have a car worth £1400 also and was hoping they wouldn't make me sell that (We have 3 children & I have to do 3 school runs a day) Many thanks.
