Hi was wondering if anyone can help me, my husband gets paid every 4 weeks so how would i write that down on the SOA form. Also he has 2 vechicles a van which is worth £400 and nearly on its way out & a bike which is worth £1400 which he wants to keep and use for work will the court accept him keeping the bike and selling the van even though the bike is worth more. We r both going BR and I have a car worth £1400 also and was hoping they wouldn't make me sell that (We have 3 children & I have to do 3 school runs a day)
Many thanks.

No problem with the salary multiply the 4 week income by 13 and divide by 12 to give the monthly amount but put in brackets paid £x 4 weekly) with regard to the vehicles i see no difficulty in you keeping the car, however you may not be able to have the expenditure allowance for the bike and the van - do nothing till you speak to the OR at your telephone interview, if they make the decision that your husabnd can only keep the bike youcan dispose of the van at that stage, but you never know, they may ignore it providingthe overall vehicle expenditure is not too high1
