when I bought my laptop I did one of these buy now pay in 2009 deals, and the payment is due in april.
the laptop cost £930, would the company that lent me the money be considered a creditor like the loan company? and would I have to give back the laptop if I dont pay it?

I use my laptop for university, and there is no way I can give it back as it is vital for my course... if I paid off the money owed using one of my credit cards that has limit left would this look really bad?

many thanks,

Shona

No these are basically store loan purchases and not classed in the same way as car HP - so you get to keep them!
