Posted - 04 March 2009 : 17:40:45 Thanks I am gradually finding out some information, but a lot of it is aimed at people who are making themselves bankrupt as a company has petioned this on my husband as an individual I am not sure if the same procedures apply.
A few questions
Does he need to attend court, I keep reading about soa's does he have to complete one
What happens to bills that are in joint names i.e. gas/elec. water, etc What will the OR want/do
Any info/comments most welcome and thanks.

Posted - 03 March 2009 : 21:30:38 from googling, this seems to be when a creditor petitions to make you BR... most of the people here do the debtors petition to make themselves BR.
