still no restrictions S10. Post discharge increases in income are only affected if an IPA was in place pre discharge and a BRU would not be an issue either.

there are no restrictions on renting from the Insolvency side of things. The landlord may take a different view though as it is, of course, their personal perogative to decide who lives in the property. You just need to find one that is understanding.
