Posted - 11 March 2009 : 07:19:59 hi iv been made bankrupt but its been suspended. could u advise me how long they can suspend it for and do i have to go to the official reciever as a friend said there is a company that will go for you and represent you.please advise many thanks john

Posted - 11 March 2009 : 09:32:05 If your discharge has been suspended, is it because you have failed to co-operate with the Official Receiver. If this is the case they can suspend your discharge indefinately until they are satisfied with the information provided.
Is there a problem with you contacting the OR directly yourself?
sorry but I'm not sure in what way your bankruptcy could have been suspended. Perhaps you could provide a little more detail. Are you sure it's the bankruptcy itself that has been suspended or could it be that matters within your case, such as discharge, have been suspended?
