 hi iv been made bankrupt but its been suspended.

hi iv been made bankrupt but its been suspended.
could u advise me how long they can suspend it for and do i have to go to the official reciever as a friend said there is a company that will go for you and represent you.please advise

Hi

sorry but I'm not sure in what way your bankruptcy could have been suspended. Perhaps you could provide a little more detail. Are you sure it's the bankruptcy itself that has been suspended or could it be that matters within your case, such as discharge, have been suspended?

If your discharge has been suspended, is it because you have failed to co-operate with the Official Receiver. If this is the case they can suspend your discharge indefinately until they are satisfied with the information provided.

Is there a problem with you contacting the OR directly yourself?
