Posted - 20 March 2009 : 20:57:43 I have recently put myself through a bankruptcy, and i understand i will be discharged within 12months. But is there any possible way i can get this speeded up to maybe 4-6 months as we want to buy a house. |

absolutely not I'm afraid. The 6 year rule dates back to references made in the book of Deutorenomy so it ain't gonna change any time soon I'm afraid.

Thanks for the reply, is there no way of getting the BR taken off my credit file earlier than 6 years?? |
