Hi

whilst your partners income will affect the details you must enter on the documentation please remember that an IPA for you can only happen from the disposable income that you personally have each month. So if your partner is not declaring bankruptcy and you do not work then an IPA is not applicable.

Also it could take up to 6 weeks before the creditor hassle stops completely as they can take a while to update their records.

Looks though your ned to see a debt councilor CAB can help or national debt line
1 your partners income will be taken into consideration.
2 High valve item will be taken away over £1000 but if debts arent paid to catalogue etec then baliff i think can take anything
3. long term effect no more debt no rope round your neck no more credit for at least 6 yrs maybe longer
4. catalogue will cease.
5. no more hassle from creditors
