I went back upstairs to the clerks waiting are and got called into a small office within 10 minutes and was informed the OR's office from Hull would call me in a minute and sure enough they did. I had total privacy and the OR's office were great. Even this morning I had to call the OR regarding my current cashminder account and the OR who will be handling my case called me back within 20 minutes, answered my query, had a little chat with me and sounded a really nice lady. I have got to say I could not have asked for a better outcome. Not one person I dealt with has treated me indiferently. Even the Co-op were nice and polite this morning.
