Posted - 30 March 2009 : 14:53:16 Hi can you let me know where I stand as I have a claim going through the small claims court and the other party is signing their assets into someone else name and then going to declare themselves bankrupt. What is my poisition in this? |

are you sure there is any equity in these properties? If there isn't the transfers are legitimate pre bankruptcy.

Yes I do know all of the addresses but I believe that 2 of them have already been repossessed. |

It is 11 properties they are signing into their mothers name to avoid payments to myself and other creditors |
