Hi can you let me know where I stand as I have a claim going through the small claims court and the other party is signing their assets into someone else name and then going to declare themselves bankrupt. What is my poisition in this?

Technically they can't do this in order to avoid paying you but like a lot of things there seems to be loopholes. What assets are they signing away?

If they are made bankrupt then these transactions would be overturned as undervalue. Have you got the addresses to check they do own them as of now with the land registry?

Yes I do know all of the addresses but I believe that 2 of them have already been repossessed.

Hi

are you sure there is any equity in these properties? If there isn't the transfers are legitimate pre bankruptcy.
