If I can offer any advice, it would be to ring your court before you go and ask them which documents they need to see to decide if you can claim a reduction of the fees, we had to take in practically everything in our file including mortgage statements, tax credit letters etc, etc,but it was well worth it![:D] I have one question though if anyone can help, I have since received a letter from my car insurance (before the BR, we part-exchanged both my car and my husbands car for a slightly better one for him to use for work, I am off on maternity at the minute so dont really need one and thought they may take it off me anyway)they are asking for a payment of nearly £200 for cancelling the policy. Can I add this into the BR as it was something that was accrued before then? Thanks again and good-luck to everyone still trying to sort things out.
