Does anyone know how long it takes for an early dicharge to show up on the insolvency service register - we received letters months ago advising us that we were discharges on 15th January, but the register still shows us as bankrupt?

Posted - 07 April 2009 : 16:56:12 Thanks all, I have just called my OR, and they have confirmed that the early dicharge was completed at the court on 15th January - but they couldn't tell me why the register hasn't been updated.

Posted - 07 April 2009 : 16:29:43 As Jane.1 has pointed out, it should be immediate, especially as the Insolvency register is controlled by the Insolvency Service who also run the Official Receivers. I would enquire from the OR.

Posted - 07 April 2009 : 15:04:59 If you have got early discharge, it should be showing immediately, I found I had been discharged early before I had even received the letter Not sure why it is not showing
