Well, I have the call at 0900 hours tomorrow and have sat here looking at paperwork until I'm going word blind. Trying to anticipate their questions. However, there was one question I wanted to ask if anyone knows. I have declared two pensions, one is a final salary scheme which closed down nearly three years ago and the other is a small armed forces scheme which did not require me to contribute to. It is 14 years until I can start claiming them. My question is that as I am not paying into any pensions schemes and have not for several years, did I need to declare them in the first place? Any advice appreciated. I am assuming the OR will not force me to do anything with these.

Pensions are exempt in bankruptcy so the OR has no cliam on them, but you are right to 'disclose'

Yes, you were right to declare the pensions, and the OR shouldn't have any interest in them. I declared all mine and nothing was said about them.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
