Posted - 08 April 2009 : 21:36:40 I have a personal injury claim with a 'no win no fee' solicitor and she has told me today that the other side have accepted liability so it looks like I will get a payout before I am discharged. I went BR last month and have given the OR all the details of this claim. I am assuming the OR will take all of my compensation? It will probably not be a large amount and I am not claiming for lost earnings just the actual injury. Can anyone answer this?? Would have been lovely to take the kids for a cheap week away in the summer .
