I have a personal injury claim with a 'no win no fee' solicitor and she has told me today that the other side have accepted liability so it looks like I will get a payout before I am discharged. I went BR last month and have given the OR all the details of this claim. I am assuming the OR will take all of my compensation? It will probably not be a large amount and I am not claiming for lost earnings just the actual injury. Can anyone answer this?? Would have been lovely to take the kids for a cheap week away in the summer .

Personal injury claims do not become the property of the OR you will keep the money.
If you were claiming for loss of earnings then the OR would have an interest in that.

No worries you're quite welcome, i've got an ongoing case at the moment and i was concerned but relieved when i was told that by one of the experts, Paul from Reviva, although i'm sure if i had asked any of the other experts they would have told me the same.
