I found out today that i am in a Will.
Question i have is if i am on a IPA and discharged bankrupt at 12 months and i get money from a will do i still have to declare it

Posted - 16 April 2009 : 17:40:37 If you become the benefactor of part of an estate whilst you are BR thn it becomes the property of the OR. If you get anything after you are discharged then i believe the OR cannot touch it
