Hi

I found out today that i am in a Will.

Question i have is if i am on a IPA and discharged bankrupt at 12 months and i get money from a will do i still have to declare it

If you become the benefactor of part of an estate whilst you are BR thn it becomes the property of the OR.
If you get anything after you are discharged then i believe the OR cannot touch it
