Well just received all my account balances and letter from iva co saying I haven't adhered to terms of iva and so they have no objects to me filing for my bankruptcy , so hopefully that will be enough and I'll be able to file for bankruptcy on 18th May.Just can't wait to get it done now, even more sure doing right thing now cos looks like my hours are getting cut too, never rains but it pours does it.
