Posted - 26 April 2009 : 17:14:59 Hi I have both my Gas and Electric with British Gas and I informed them in Feb of my BR. The lady I spoke to told me they would contact me about the way forward but I have not heard anything as yet, I thought they may have been in touch to put card meters in the house? Has anyone else had this sort of experience?

Posted - 26 April 2009 : 20:12:58 From what i've heard it is not always certain they will put in card meters. Some people ask to pay a deposit instead £50 ish and they get to keep the meters they've got.
