Hi I have both my Gas and Electric with British Gas and I informed them in Feb of my BR. The lady I spoke to told me they would contact me about the way forward but I have not heard anything as yet, I thought they may have been in touch to put card meters in the house? Has anyone else had this sort of experience?

There is light at the end of the tunnel, I can actually see it !!!!
From what i've heard it is not always certain they will put in card meters. Some people ask to pay a deposit instead £50 ish and they get to keep the meters they've got.
