Posted - 14 May 2009 : 20:50:16 Hi there, I was declared BR in April 09 and today received a bill from a catalogue that is in my name but my sister used it to buy a coat on buy now pay later, it's only £90. She is happy to clear this debt as we both forgot all about i. What i am worried about is as the catalogue is in my name and if she pays it will the OR find out and will i get into trouble even though the debt wasn't mine. Not sure what to do, my OR isn't very friendly so want to avoid all contact if i can! Hope you can help. Thank you,
