I know someone who got a b@llocking from there OR for not listing their Cashminder on their forms.

I didnt put mine on at all, and the OR said this was fine as no co-op debt and nothing in account (we'd waited to put anyhing in there til after BR)

Hi paulsc, i listed my Nat West Step Account even though I had no debts attached to it. I opened it a few weeks prior to BR when I was intending to take out an IVA. I had approx £250 in it when I filled out the forms on-line and about £50 on day of BR. I am sure the Judge asked me about it and said no interest would be lodged against it. But the OR department, during a brief conversation when I rang them with a query the day after the BR, said he would not have any interest in it but recommended I check with the Bank. I went into NW and they said it would be fine. I went BR 7th April, OR interview 28th April, my monthly salary goes in, direct debits are paid, cashpoint withdrawals are ok and I am still using my Natwest account with no problems. I think, even if you have not listed it on your SOA as you may have filled this in for some time, you must tell the OR about it. Good luck tomorrow, sure it will be absolutely fine.

You need to put down ALL accounts that you have.

You will either have a quick conversation with the examiner on the phone at the court or a few days later, they will ask you which account is your main account and you tell them about the Post Office and Co-op accounts and they should say they have no interest in them and let the banks know.
