Posted - 20 May 2009 : 20:01:04 My husband and I are divorcing. The marital home is in his name although i have a registered interest in the home. It is a marital asset. He has agreed to transfer the home to me and our two children and I will have to pay the mortgage. I am worried if he becomes bankrupt. Will my home be repossessed?
