Posted - 21 May 2009 : 11:57:40 Hi julias36 as we are in this situation ourselves and already opened a new account i would defientely advise you to open a new account AFTER you have been made BR, and make sure you don't have any money left in the account on the date of your BR (trust me it saves a lot of whohar)!! good luck x |

Posted - 21 May 2009 : 09:46:20 Hi
You can open one now, but many people have found it easier to open one after, as then there is no danger of it being frozen.
