Posted - 22 May 2009 : 08:35:15 If only you are filing for bankruptcy, your wifes, debts/income assts are irrelevant to the OR. Be careful though if you have any joint debts such as a bank overdraft your wife will be liable for the whole amount of the debt if you are declared bankrupt
