hi do I have to declare my wifes assets if its only me thats declaring BR? example her Dad bought a secondhand car last year for 2k its in her name I don't drive but just wondered if this has to be done

If only you are filing for bankruptcy, your wifes, debts/income assts are irrelevant to the OR. Be careful though if you have any joint debts such as a bank overdraft your wife will be liable for the whole amount of the debt if you are declared bankrupt
