hi guys, one thing ide forgot to ask was about my business account..i have been told that i can carry on trading even after declaring br...my business account is up to its overdraft and i have a loan with the same bank(barclays) which they take out monthly now that im doing the br they will i assume close my account..how do i now start trading once ive gone bankrupt with no business account?
You would have to open a basic account with a bank to use solely for your business - you have to bring in all your debts including your business debts (if you are not tradiing as a limited company)into the bankruptcy, so the business bank account would have to close and be included
