Posted - 22 May 2009 : 14:29:15 Your discharge is 'automatic' - you can however obtain a certificate from the court but it will cost monye. You do not need a certificate but some people obtain it just to have concrete confirmation.

As yours would have been an automatic discharge, they don't notify you, and your discharge is entirely separate from your estate so the Trustee would not be involved.
