Posted - 17 June 2009 : 13:45:52 i have a written agreement to pay someone any redundancy/severance pay to a debt i owe them .is there a time limit to this agreement or if say i took my redundancy in 10 years time could they turn up asking to be paid-thanks

Posted - 18 June 2009 : 06:51:09 Pub leases aren't something that I know about but there may be a 10 year life span to the lease. I will bump this up to the top of the forum and hopefully someone else will have some knowledge about this.
