Posted - 23 June 2009 : 22:46:29 As far as I am aware, gettingoutofdebt is correct with the figures given.
I've not heard of them going up and that is the rate for buying back the beneficial interest in your house from the OR if you are in negative equity.
Who told you that the fees had gone up?

Posted - 23 June 2009 : 21:38:01 the property was in neg equity but the fees were alot more then you mentioned and the time scale to small to pay it all. i could not afford to buy it back.
i was under the impression the fees were about what you mentioned but i got a letter a few weeks later saying the fees had increased. i cant remember the right amount but were alot more. have i been given the wrong info by thr insolvency then? |
