Posted - 28 June 2009 : 23:57:34 I was declared BR on the 11th March. The OR said they were not interested in the bank accounts as they were in credit so I am still using them. I had a phone interview 5 weeks later and was told that the report would be completed in a few days. I know they have written to creditors but what happens next. I have heard nothing more and don't know if I could get a BRU or if they are doing any more investigating as they say. Can I assume that is the end of it? They did not mention an IVA but I gather that is because I am unemployed. Can anyone tell me if they will still want to question me more please.

Posted - 29 June 2009 : 06:34:09 If you are only receiving benefits then you won't get an IPA. As long as your problems don't stem from gambling or anything like that, then I very much doubt you will get a BRU.
Unless they need to clarify anything, I would think the next time you hear from them will be when you get your discharge.
